Banana Lovers Bread

Pre-heat oven to 350

You'll Need:

Stevia, (plant-based sweetener) light olive oil, sea salt, four smashed bananas, all-purpose (unbleached) flour, baking powder and baking soda

To Do:

Mash bananas into a bowl and add:
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Stevia and salt to taste

Mix on high with an electric mixer. Put dabs of Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread onto the bottom of your cooking dishware. Don't use aluminum anything as these particles attach to one's brain and are linked to dementia.

It’s the tub that started it all. Our Original Buttery Spread has made its name as the ultimate toast topper and a crucial part of your dairy-free baking arsenal. Its creamy, spreadable texture and rich, buttery taste come complete with our proprietary blend of natural oils.

Scoop, (mixture doesn't pour) into the dishware and sprinkle the top with either cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice for decoration and slight flavor.

Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. If you prefer your banana bread a little softer (I do) poke it in the center with a fork after 30 minutes to make sure there's a little bit left behind.

Add a dollop of Tru Whip onto the warm dessert and then sip with a cup of coffee or tea. Don't tell anyone you made this and you'll have more for yourself.
